The project initially required the strip out of all existing fixtures, fittings and partition walls. The existing kitchen area was stripped out and re-purposed into a dedicated shower room. Following the strip out, Nucom constructed new meeting rooms and full decorations were carried outthroughout the entire first floor.
Additionally, the retained timber floors required repairing, a new communications room was built, and a new kitchen area was designed and installed, creating a light open space for staff to enjoy, including a large comfortable breakout area.
All of the above works were carried out whilst four other levels of the building were fully occupied. We were delighted to hear our Client commented that our team went out of their way to ensure a positive and smooth project journey.
