Included within the works were the formation of new changing areas,toilets, showers and back of house office space.
The existing services were retained and adapted to suit the new requirements, incorporating many enhancements due to the change of use, including the introduction of a lower ground gymnasium.
Nucom undertook a lead role on behalf of the Client assisting in arranging their licence to alter, building regulation requirements and aiding with design development.
In order to expedite the project for the client we liaised with the incumbent shopfitters and worked alongside them, affording them early access to achieve an accelerated opening day.
